Nancy Magruder is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Nancy received her Master’s in Education in Counseling and Development from Lamar University and Master of Education in School Counseling from SAGU.
A Dallas native, Nancy loves to travel, exercise, watch live music, and spend time with her husband, children, and maltipoo, Jack.
Nancy Magruder is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults, adolescents, individuals, parents, and families navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationship and family challenges, life transitions, emotional distress, and executive functioning difficulties.
Using a collaborative and compassionate approach, Nancy incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR to help clients understand underlying patterns, process difficult experiences, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change. She provides a supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, identify what may be keeping them stuck, and develop practical strategies that fit their individual needs.
Nancy also works with parents and families to improve communication, better understand emotional and behavioral needs, reduce conflict, and build healthier relationships.
