Jenn is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She received her Masters in Counseling from Loyola University Chicago. A native Dallasite, Jenn attended private school and has served in a variety of roles in education. She was a teaching fellow at Greenhill School and was both a Learning Specialist and School Counselor at Alcuin School. Jenn later worked on the Integrated Behavioral Health Team at Children’s Health addressing behavioral health concerns in the pediatric outpatient setting.
Jenn works therapeutically with children, adolescents, and young adults – primarily ages 9 and up. Utilizing strengths-based cognitive behavioral (CBT) strategies and developmentally appropriate play-based activities, Jenn assists with anxiety, depression, ADHD, social skills, life transitions, and effective communication. She has a nuanced understanding of how the academic, social, and emotional needs of young people work synergistically and believes that when a child’s needs are met in concert with the family’s ideals and the best-fit school program, children are at peace and can meet their fullest potential.
In her free time, Jenn enjoys listening to live music and spending time with family, friends, and her cavapoo, Zoey!
