She is passionate about supporting children and adolescents, skillfully helping them navigate anxiety, ADHD, OCD, perfectionism, low self-esteem, and challenges with emotional regulation and executive functioning. A Dallas native, Eleanor is committed to working alongside children and their families as they navigate the challenges of life in high-performing communities. She is dedicated to guiding clients in developing new ways of thinking and coping strategies to successfully reach their therapeutic goals.
In her free time, Eleanor enjoys spending time with her family and friends, taking pilates classes, playing mahjong, and cheering on the Texas Longhorns!
