Anna Granberry is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She earned her Master of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University, with additional training in child-centered play and adolescent therapy. Anna has been a part of the Housson Center Team since 2020. She previously provided therapeutic services at SMU’s Center for Family Counseling. Additionally, Anna formerly worked for Richardson Independent School District, serving as a Crisis & Intervention Counselor at a junior high. Currently, Anna is a part of the evaluation team and offers therapeutic services to children and adolescents. She uses developmentally appropriate play activities and cognitive behavioral strategies to help individuals with emotional, relational, and behavioral concerns. Anna believes in fostering a safe space for her clients to gain self-awareness, a catalyst for positive change. Experienced in the school setting, Anna also provides executive functioning services to both children and adolescents.
Anna is a Dallas native and attended Ursuline Academy of Dallas. In her free time, she loves to play tennis and hang out with her family.
